The Elecbrakes brake controller is a revolutionary device that is suitable for caravans, trailers, horse floats and boat trailers. Can be installed easily without any assistance in 10 minutes and doesn’t require any modifications to your tow vehicle. This type of brake controller senses the rate the vehicle is stopping and applies a proportional voltage to the trailer brakes. When adjusted correctly, the trailer will decelerate at the same speed as the tow vehicle, which increases braking efficiency and smoothness.

For this set up to work, you will need to use either the plug and play adaptor or the hard wire cable which is sold separately.
