This shackle plate is suited to 60mm wide springs and connects to the welded-on dumjack using 5/8″ bolts. Extra length shackle plates for greater movement of springs. For the rear of the spring, the shackle plate should be positioned so that it is pointing slightly towards the front of the trailer, approximately at a 5 o’clock position.
